Royal shelf

I wish I had more of these.

This was my Grandmother's teapot.
If you aren't "wedding -ed" out, you can view another less majestic wedding here

I have a number of "royal occasion" items, including a George V glass beer mug. The rest is earthenware made by Grimwades (a great grandfather's sister married Mr Grimwade who subsequently employed a number of his brothers-in-law).

The non-Grimwade item is the Edward VIII coronation mug!

Amazing!
It is such fun to collect things like that. The older beaker I got when we lived in England, the other one I got here.

Oh my! This is indeed a right Royally lovely shelf. Love your mugs.

Thank you so very much for linking up. The wedding is merely hours away now! :)
