I have always loved making a soufflé. I chose a cheese one today. I served it with a roasted red pepper sauce and a salad of red and green lettuces. There was a tiny birthday cake with a single candle to blow out. We finished with the cake and a nice cup of tea.

Im the lucky one. Mary is a good friend. We have great conversations and lots of giggles, too. Come down and we'll all do lunch- then you can see for yourself!
